TRIBUTE or MEMORIAL FUND

A donation, in any amount, will honor a loved one or mark a special occasion. As requested, The Breathmobile sends a tribute card to friends or relatives to extend your condolences or express your good wishes on happy occasions i.e. weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations. 

Tributes are a thoughtful way to express your sentiments while helping those who suffer from asthma/allergies. (It goes without saying, the amount of your gift is not revealed to the recipient.)

WILLS & BEQUESTS

Plan now for your legacy to live on. Help keep The Breathmobile going strong for years to come. Give a gift "with a future". Speak to your attorney now to process the necessary legal documents to place The Breathmobile in your will or trust.

THANK YOU FOR REMEMBERING The Breathmobile and helping us to increase public awareness of the severity of asthma and allergic diseases. 

The Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) and The Breathmobile are represented in the workplace by Local Independent Charities (LIC) and in the Combined Federal Campaign. Many employees choose to make a donation to AAFA and The Breathmobile through a payroll deduction plan.

Designate your gift through United Way

If your company sponsors a United Way campaign, it is important for you to know AAFA is NOT a member of United Way. AAFA does NOT automatically receive United Way funds. However, as an employee of a company that sponsors a United Way Campaign, you can donate to AAFA through payroll deduction during the United Way Campaign by simply completing a "designation form". 

Ask your employer for a "designation form". Also, ask your employer if they sponsor a 'matching gift program". If they do, AAFA receives a double gift - yours, plus a gift from your company, in the same amount of money.

GENERAL CONTRIBUTION

A donation to AAFA in any amount is always welcome. If you wish, you may "restrict" your donation to a specific program such as:

• Asthma Camp
• Golden Age Senior Program
• Breathmobile® 

100% of what you give is credited to that specific service.
